This is an invitation to step forward and shine
You know you’ve got gifts to share and work to do, so let’s start doing.
The Creative Doer is a powerful, step-by-step guide to making the creative life of your dreams your new reality.
We’ll focus on the here and now. Your life. Your circumstances. What’s the next step for you? Take it.
But we will also look beneath and beyond the doing to get clear on what’s holding you back. Too shy, wobbly self esteem, busy pleasing others, comparing yourself to those further along, afraid of being judged, can't choose, stuck in overwhelm.
We’ll change what needs to be changed. Because I know you want to create too, to contribute, not just watch from the sidelines. Not just talk and dream and plan, but DO. Well, my dear. You can.
You can find unshakeable faith in yourself as a creative being. You can show up for yourself and your work, consistently. Like it matters (because it does). You can make stuff happen. Make magic, make art, make a living.
And I can show you how. That's why I created the course, and I am ridiculously passionate about this work. The tools I share in The Creative Doer has transformed my life. My hope is that they will transform yours too.
You’ll learn how to:
- Claim the time and space you need for your work (and deal with any guilt you feel for doing so).
- Create structures that fit you and your particular work, and that supports you in the long run.
- Simplify, simplify, simplify.
- Find kinder and smoother ways to move forward through fear and resistance
- Trust your intuition over expert advice.
- Invite money as a powerful ally
- Step forward and share your work in a way that feels authentic and true for you.
- + so much more
Join a beautiful tribe of creative women who are learning to bridge the gap between their current reality and the creative life of their dreams.
Instead of the familiar feeling of dread I have grown so accustomed to when starting something new (or more accurately, when thinking about starting something new), I actually feel excited, prepared and fully engaged. I have NEVER EVER had a plan quite like this one and it feels so GOOD!
The action of breaking my project up into bite sized pieces has allowed me to SEE where I am going for the very first time in my life. I have a map to help guide me to my destination now. I feel as though I can achieve what I have set out for myself and not only that but that I will do it well. It is a revelation!"

The course helped me so much that I completely went for it – and today I launched my new website! Haven’t even gotten around to the last lesson yet, because all of a sudden work started streaming in and I am busier than ever – I even hired an assistant for this wedding-season! And there are more lessons to go … THANK you Anna!"

How does it work?
Simple. You log in to our lovely online classroom from the comfort of your home. You stay in your PJ:s if you like, messy bun and all, sipping herbal tea. (That would be me, most days of the week.)
All lessons are available on login. No drips, delays or scheduling constraints. Do one lesson a day, one lesson a week, or even one per month, it’s completely up to you. Whichever way you choose to go, you’ll have plenty of support along the way.
I know from my own experience that the true challenge of creative work is not to get going, but to keep going. So we won’t leave you hanging.
You have lifetime access to the course material, and the Facebook community will remain open for you – where you can connect with the other participants as well as ask questions and get feedback from me and my facilitators. All to keep you motivated and on track.
And if you feel like you're already spending more time than you'd like attached to a screen, no worries. Just download the lessons and stay happily offline. Listen to the audios while taking a walk. Print the worksheets, curl up in your favourite armchair and do the work. (I'm a pen and paper kind of girl, myself).
The Creative Doer consists of seven lessons. This is my favourite subject in the whole wide world, so I could easily have made it 14, or 28! But I didn’t, and for a reason.
I want it to be doable for you, right now, in your life. No overwhelm, just focused learning and plenty of space to grow. I’ve boiled it down to the very essence of what it takes to live a creative life, and these seven steps are it.
The lessons include powerful stories and teachings in both audio and writing (whichever suits your learning style best), guided meditatons, downloadable workbooks + relevant bonuses.
What do you want? Define your goal and get to know yourself as a creative being.
Commit to your dream and find the time and space you need to do the work.
Plan your creative project. Map out the path from here to there, and create sustainable long-term creative habits.

Practical tools and resources that help you go deeper and further.
"The material is exactly what I was yearning for and it's been a huge help as I’m putting my dream into practice. I'm so grateful. I truly can't even find the words to convey how much this entire course has nurtured my spirit and my creative life. Everything from committing to radical self-care, to connecting with other women who believe in me and my work, to modifying my work schedule and family's demands in effort to cultivate my own creative time.
I used to perceive my creative work as something on the side. Not even substantial enough to be considered a side project, it was more like I dabbled (very briefly) in a bunch of creative things but never finished anything. Now I understand that this work is long term and worthwhile. And I'm grateful for the wisdom and tools you've shared as I'm now much better equipped to walk my own path.
You seem to distill things to their essence and convey them in a way that somehow feels like they were meant just for me. Everything you've covered in the course – everything! - has resonated deeply. Thank you for doing your creative work and sharing your tools to help me learn how to do mine."
Stacey Hare Hodgins, Canada
"This course is so unique, with such an unusual level of depth available within it. Truly, there is nothing like it out there. I have moved through the course at a glacial pace not to reach the end too quickly!
I feel so enriched by it. I have gained clarity. Lesson five, on self-care, surprised me and destabilized me a little. I've had the tendency to hang on too tightly to structure, and although that lesson was not easy to take in I now see the truth and benefits of it. My creative work no longer feels like something I must conquer; now it feels more like a companion, and a piece of life that I am in contact with: nourishing it and being nourished by it.
Thank you Anna, for putting this gem of a course together!"

I know you’re busy, love. I know you’ve got a busy life and an even busier schedule.
There’s the job, the kids, the friends, and dinner needs to be made, and you should probably work out more, and the house doesn’t exactly clean itself. Ah yes, then there’s Facebook. And Netflix.
I know. And you try to squeeze that creative work in, somewhere. I’ve been there myself.
We strive and struggle and you know what? We miss out on so much of the magic that way.
There’s a creative power we can tap into only when we’re relaxed and filled to the brim. A synchronicity that comes into play when we are aligned with our work, inside and out. An authority that you can only claim when you dare to become visible, and share your work honestly and generously.
And it could change your life.
You know this, right? You know how it feels when your creative juices are flowing and you’re doing the stuff you’re meant to do. That joy. That deep sense of meaning. Being so grateful you’re about to overflow. Being a kinder, braver person.
It's not just about work. You light up the world that way.
All that from committing to your creative work? Yes. All that and more. You know this. That’s what the longing in your heart is all about.
A professional creative doer at your service
My name is Anna Lovind. I’m a writer, mother and creativity mentor. I’ve helped a long line of creatives to get going and keep going on their dream projects, whether it's writing a book or starting a business.
Want to know the two most important things I’ve learned?
One: We can’t have it all (let’s drop that cumbersome ambition once and for all), but we can have what’s most important to us. And we can have it without sacrificing our peace of mind. In fact, if we sacrifice our peace of mind, we can’t have it. I know that for sure.
And two: The level of creative fulfilment and success we enjoy stands in direct proportion to the amount of ease and flow we can allow into our lives and our work. Devotion, not striving, is the secret. Presence, not pushing, opens the door.
Make no mistake, discipline is needed here too. Moving your dream from idea and vision into shape and form takes committed work. But it's your true work, your heart’s work, and done the right way, it will energize you rather than drain you.
Understanding this changed everything for me. From there I’ve created a life in which my creative expression has top priority. I’ve built a successful business, doing work I love. I write, I create, I mentor other creatives, and I make a living doing it.
And in the midst of it all, there are children to raise, homes to take care of, health issues, financial challenges, love and loss and the whole glorious mess of our everyday lives.
Let's face it, life is not neat and tidy. We all have our stories and our challenges, and building a successful creative life means taking that into account. It means making it all work together, in a way that feels good, kind and spacious.
Praise for The Creative Doer
I’ve had huge unexpected breakthroughs about fear, and I’m learning that anything that is good for ME & my energy is good for my business :) I am making my personal creative work a priority and I am learning that everything else will fall into a natural, organic place. Showing up for my work first has somehow magically kept me energized when doing work for others! I did not expect that at all!
This whole class is an exquisite exhale and Anna is a wise guide along the vulnerable pathways of our creative lives. I feel both calmed and empowered as I continue forward doing my heart’s work."

The course is helping change my thinking both on the big picture dream but also on the tangible day to day reality. I love this powerful dynamic and the way in which you are guiding us through it."
Michelle McCartan, UK
For the first time I am allowing myself to feel joy in pursuing art as my creative work!I find myself making it a priority, becoming more at ease in front of the canvas, and more trusting of my intuition. I am creating nearly every day and the reason I am suddenly experiencing all this movement in my creative life is because of the energy that is flowing from this group. It is magical!
This course is just the guidance I was seeking."
Grace VanAkin, USA
So many things are coming out of it already for me; respecting and caring for my body, following intuition, taking my creative urges seriously and ignoring social urges:) I am so happy I have finally committed, that I am getting to work. I'm painting everyday now. I've learned to take my calling seriously.
I recommend this course to everyone! The teachings speak directly to the creative being in us, and it helps us take our inner artist to the next level."
Charlotte Alfvin, Sweden
Anna Lindh, Sweden
What’s become really clear is that I avoid planning and avoid taking small steps because I get overwhelmed by the big picture. The course is helping change that. (Have I mentioned that I LOVE this course????).
I’ve stopped thinking that “time just gets away.” I see now that I do that, I let it get away. I realized how much of my time is underutilized! This is a good thing. I'm having growing pains!
So far I am blown away. I'm learning so much. I have been glowing in gratitude with the gift of this course. Thank you!
Sadie Rose, USA
I’ve felt completely held and supported in this very deep and at the same time concrete process. Thank you!"
Titti Banum, Sweden
Tina Dauzat DeSoto, USA
It has taught me not to be scared, not to focus only on results and other people’s approval, but more on my own wishes and needs. I’ve learned to think long-term about my creative work, and to acknowledge all the things I do and give myself a pat on the shoulder instead of judging or criticizing myself. I’ve learned to be kind to myself.
Another thing I love is how open Anna is with herself and her own process – she walks her talk and that makes me trust her as a teacher. This course is an absolutely indispensible tool for every creative soul!" I know it will inform every creative project I work with from here on.
Anna Winberg, Sweden
I’m so grateful to be part of The Creative Doer. Thank you!"
Julianne Strittmatter, Sweden
Who is this course for? Creatives of all disciplines - beginners and budding professionals alike. Writers, painters, photographers, designers, chefs, knitters, gardeners, heart-based entrepreneurs – anyone with a longing to go deeper and further with their creative work.
Who is it NOT for? Well, if you’re looking for quick fixes, this course is probably not for you. Or if you think using the word “energy” is seriously airy-fairy. (I did, after all, take the moon cycles into account when I planned the release of this course.)
How much time will it take to work through the lessons? It depends on your starting point, what kind of work you do, your level of commitment, and more. To go through the material and do the exercises will take you about two to three hours per lesson. But then you'll want to apply what you learn to your creative work and your everyday life, and how much time you devote to this is entirely up to you.
What if I don’t want to participate in discussions or interact with other students?
That is absolutely fine (and I can relate, love). Our private Facebook group is an awesome place to ask questions, find support and connect with likeminded people, but there's room for introverts and lone wolfs here. You decide the level of engagement that suits your temperament.
How are the lessons paced? It's completely self-paced. You’ve got access to all the course content on log in. No drip or delay.
I don't have a specific creative project that I'm working on - in fact, I'm not even sure what my creative work is - can I still take the course? Yes, you can. The process is designed to help you zoom in and get clarity, regardless of your starting point. It will help you take those important first steps, and you can do so even though you don't know where it will all lead you. Because when you start doing, instead of just thinking and planning and trying to figure it all out, things start flowing and growing. You get to learn as you go, and your work will take shape in the process.
I’m not great with computers. Is it going to be difficult to figure out all the tech stuff? No, I can honestly say it won't be difficult at all. I'm not a tech person myself, so when we designed the online classroom we prioritized simplicity and spaciousness. You'll find nothing in there but the essentials. The links are easy to find and it's simple to download and print the content for you to work with. As long as you have a reasonably high-speed connection, you're good. Promise.
Can I get a taste of the course somehow before I make up my mind? Sure you can. You can try Lesson 1 for free. Just go here, sign up, and it's yours.
Got more questions? Email me at email@example.com. I’ll be delighted to hear from you, and I’ll help you sort out whether this course is a good fit for you or not. (I don’t want to waste your time or money.)
And your approach to fear has been pretty life changing! It is a lot gentler than the things I hear other people say about fear, and your insights on this topic has been incredibly helpful for my creative process but also for my daily life.
Your humanity shines through all the course material and it allows me to accept myself as "only" (or luckily) human too. Thank you!
Kim Roelofs, Netherlands
I looove the meditations, they are great! I love your voice and the way you talk to us in the beginning of every lesson. I love how I feel accompanied by you. I love the depth and the simplicity of it.
I would recommend this course to anybody who desires to live a more creative life!
Nathalie Schmid, Germany
Shop mindfully. Read through the material on this page, try the free Lesson , and head over to annalovind.com and read some of my articles there to get to know me and my work better. This way you'll get a very good idea of what this course will be like.
But things happen. If you do sign up and find that it's not a good fit for you, I'll give you a full refund, as long as you let me know within two weeks from purchase. (And I will want to ask you a few questions, so that I can learn).
